Our Story

A table set between two shores.

Born from a lifetime spent in kitchens from Kerala to Naples, Chef's Restaurant is where two great culinary traditions share the same fire. Every curry is ground fresh at dawn. Every mozzarella ball is pulled by hand, still warm.

Dine beneath the palm roof, ocean breeze in the air, and taste what care tastes like.
